We placed the order and an out of town friend used their credit card, we received an e-mail stating order was placed, they then called, Verizon had it as potential spam, they asked about the card and the relationship to owner of home and said we would need to show I'd and the card to the delivery person, so much for contact less delivery in the middle of covid.

Hi Judy, can you provide us the order number for clarification? Normally, the system will prompt you to add a tip. However, on the check out page you have the option to choose pay thru BM or pay cash directly to restaurant. If you pay to BM online, we forward those tip payments, delivery charges and order amt to the restaurant every 1st and 16th of the month. They get BM payments bi-monthly. Now, if you choose pay at store or pay by cash at store, the system will not prompt you to enter a tip.
